Pressure and Vacuum

Our heavy-duty mechanical SWICHGAGE® and MURPHYGAGE® pressure and vacuum products are available in 2, 2.5 and 4.5 inches (51, 64, and 114 mm). The 4.5-inch version also features a bourdon tube sensing element, plus adjustable high and low limit contacts or snap-acting switches. State of the art PXT pressure transmitters providing 4-20 mA are now available.

Temperature

Our heavy-duty mechanical SWICHGAGE® and MURPHYGAGE® temperature products are available in 2, 2.5 and 4.5 inches (51, 64, and 114 mm). The 4.5-inch version also features a dial mechanical/analog readout and adjustable high and low limit contacts.

Also available are temperature scanners from two to twenty four channels, thermowells and thermocouples.

Fluid Level

Our fluid level products offer a wide variety of instruments for monitoring coolant, fuel and lubricant levels. From engines to compressors, you can count on Murphy products to protect your equipment at all times.

Vibration, Time And Overspeed

Our vibration, time and overspeed products provide top-quality instrumentation for underspeed and overspeed monitoring and control. This product line includes tachometers, tachometer/hourmeters, time delays, speed switches and magnetic sensor pickups.

Magnetic Switches and Tattletale

TATTLETALE® annunciators and Magnetic Switches are the nerve centers that translate SWICHGAGE® contact operations into decisions and operate the alarm or shutdown device. They are the electrical load carrying devices for the alarm or shutdown device.

Engine and Motor Controls

Our engine panels are designed primarily for industrial, agricultural, mobile and marine engines. Standard panels are available, or our panels can be custom-designed for most engine applications.

The MurphyLink line of panels is the highest standard in J1939 electronic engine communications, with “plug and go” installation and a variety of options to fit your application needs. The latest line of MurphyLink panels includes the PowerView display and standardized wire harnesses.

Compressor Controls and Panels

Murphy specializes in engine or motor driven pump and compressor controls for the Oil & Gas Industry. We are constantly expanding and improving our product line of digital compressor controls and panels. The annunciator line offers fixed parameter products such as the TTD and LCDT.

Our line of controllers offers small application-specific products, such as the EMS series, up to the Millennium Programmable Controller. The Millennium is capable of monitoring analog as well as digital inputs, and performing tasks such as auto start, loading, PID loop control, data logging, and communications. It has the flexibility of a PLC with extra durability for hazardous environments. We also offer free software to enable customized access to the program.

Valves

Our line of fuel valves provide line pressure relief, return line check, and fuel gas shutdown. Our product line also includes inline one-way valves and solenoid-operated push/pull valves for diesel engines.

Gen-Set Controls

All models within our Gen-Set Control line are available with manual or auto-start, full array AC meters, engine SWICHGAGE® instruments and optional DC instruments. We can also custom-design automation controllers and panels for your specific needs.
